"Christopher Ramirez is awesome. He was extremely professional and personable. We had an exteamly dangerous electrical issue that happened at 11pm. He arrived to our home and assessed the issue. It was necessary to to completely power down the house. He ensured our safety and called the electric company emergency crew and stayed until they arrived. He also came by a few days later to check in. We are grateful for him. Christopher thanks so much. 5 x 5 stars."

"Maurice, Matt and Shyziir in the restoration department all have been very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Maurice helped us work with our insurance company so things would go smoothly. Matt was also very helpful to us and a hard worker. We would highly recommend them all. Joshua was our plumber from Michael and sons that came out as well and gave us an estimate. He too, was very knowledgeable and professional. We were looking forward to working with him however, the remodeling department was responsible for doing the job that we needed done. We wouldn't hesitate to use Joshua for any of our future plumbing needs"

"The new sink installation by Michael & Sons came with some unexpected enlargement of the countertop hole. We found out our plumber also has excellent carpentry skills! Amazing looking new sink and functional faucet in time for Thanksgiving!"

"David did such a wonderful job. I called on Thanksgiving and they were able to have someone come out that day but I chose the next day because of it being a holiday. He was able to give me peace of mind on some electrical issues and will be making the repairs needed. He was very fast and did a great job at explaining things to me. I will definitely be using them again in the future"
