"Called for an estimate, argumentative on the phone about the situation. He came out and was positional about what work was getting done. Then I got a quote in an email, not drafted on any letterhead, nothing other than the basic overview of work and a price. I emailed for clarifcation and a timeframe of when they would be able to perform the work and got no response. I emailed once a week as I know people are busy, no response for a month. Called today and was told he did his job to give me a free estimate and thats it. Incredibly interesting way of doing "business" . Was going to have him take the job, which was a good bit of money, and get it done right. Unprofessional responses lost a customer. Do not recommend solely based of his, Terry the owner's responses to customer questions."
