"I initially reached out to Tieder January 22, 2025 at 11:53am due to a problem with a electric baseboard heater malfunctioning in our master bedroom. I was informed that a technician would not be available due to a call out. I was also informed that they would reach out to see if someone else could accomidate. I contacted Tieder again on January 23, 2025 at 9:05am. I was informed that a technician would be contacted. This was the last I hear from Tieder until I contacted them Monday January 27, 2025 at 10:31am to inform them that I have contacted another electrician. I recieved an apology that they neglected to contact me, but this does not negate the fact that if contacted I would have tried a rival. All this being said, I can not recommend Tieder for anything and I am very disappointed."
